Spinal Energetics Immersion

Join Lauren Stewart from Curated Energies and Melinda Webb from Beattie Street Health Studio in Balmain for a nurturing experience combining Spinal Energetics and gentle breathwork.

This experience is designed to create space to slow down, reconnect with the innate intelligence of the body and support a deeper sense of awareness, calm and connection.

Through the practices of Spinal Energetics and breathwork, participants will be guided to explore the relationship between the body, nervous system and the patterns we carry, creating an opportunity for greater presence, balance and meaningful change.

Melinda Webb is the Founder of Beattie Street Health, a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Dr Joe Dispenza Health Practitioner, Somatic Acupuncturist, Breathwork Practitioner and Spinal Energetics Level 2 Practitioner.
