Curated Energies is a holistic healing practice based in Cremorne on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, created to offer a supportive and nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and restore a greater sense of balance.

I’m Lauren Stewart, founder of Curated Energies, a Reiki Master and Teacher, Spinal Energetics Level 2 Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer and Breathwork Practitioner. My approach brings together Reiki, Spinal Energetics, breathwork and intuitive energy healing to create personalised one to one sessions, small group experiences and Reiki training.

My interest in energy healing began in my teenage years, guided by an instinctive curiosity about the connection between our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing. Through my own experiences with physical and emotional challenges, I began exploring practices that encouraged me to slow down, become more aware of what my body was communicating and reconnect with myself. Those experiences continue to shape the way I work today.

At Curated Energies, I believe there is no single approach that suits everyone. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, drawing from different modalities depending on what feels appropriate for you on the day.

My work is grounded in creating a space where you can feel supported, slow down and develop greater awareness of the connection between your mind and body. Sessions may incorporate Reiki, Spinal Energetics, conscious connected breathwork, sound, gentle energetic practices and other complementary techniques.

The work does not need to be dramatic to be meaningful. Sometimes the most profound experiences come through stillness, gentle awareness and giving the body space to soften.

Modern life can make it incredibly easy to become disconnected from ourselves. Work, family, relationships and the constant demands of everyday life can leave little room to notice how we are actually feeling.

Curated Energies offers an opportunity to create that space.

Rather than approaching each session with an expectation of what needs to happen, I work collaboratively and intuitively, meeting you where you are and allowing the session to unfold at a pace that feels supportive for you.

Whether you join me for Reiki, Spinal Energetics, breathwork, intuitive healing, a small group experience or Reiki training, my intention is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, supported and empowered to develop a deeper connection with yourself.

Sessions are available in person in Cremorne, Sydney, with selected services also available online upon request.
