Breathwork is a powerful, embodied practice that uses the breath as a gateway into deeper states of somatic awareness, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.
At Curated Energies, breathwork sessions are guided intuitively and tailored to where you are in life, honoring your nervous system, your life experience and your intention for healing, growth or transformation.
Depending on your needs on the day, I may incorporate gentle breath practices to invite safety, grounded connection and somatic attunement, or more expansive support for moving through stored tension, resistance or stagnant energy in the body. While each session is unique, the foundational focus is Conscious Connected Breathing, a transformational breathwork technique that supports emotional release, nervous system integration and deep personal and spiritual evolution.
Breathwork can be deeply calming and soothing, offering a space to rest, reconnect and settle into your own inner guidance. It can also be powerful and transformative, supporting emotional release, clarity, resilience and renewed presence.

Yes! Breathwork sessions can be offered online via video call, allowing you to participate safely from home. Online sessions are guided just like in person sessions, with techniques adapted to ensure you feel supported, comfortable and fully guided throughout your practice.
Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices:
