Absolutely. Energy is not bound by physical space, and online sessions are just as effective as in person sessions. Whether we connect virtually or in person, the energy is transmitted and received with the same intention and potency.

There is a 24 hour window to reschedule appointments. Please ensure you do so outside of the 24 hour window as sessions will be charged as cancelled.
If you are running late for your session, we will endeavour to offer the full treatment time however, if this impacts other client bookings, we will need to conclude the session earlier.
As a sole owned business, this helps me to ensure I have clients turn up. Your time is just as valuable as mine.

To get the most out of your healing, we will discuss setting your intention before a session: What would you most like us to work on? What would you like to release? What would you like to bring in its place?
Wear clean, loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. You may wish to wear natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, or silk. Remove your shoes, jewellery, and glasses before your session, and keep your phone switched off, do not disturb mode or leave it behind.
Reiki is not intended to replace any doctor approved treatment plan.
Reiki is non-invasive. It doesn’t have any known harmful side effects.
Reiki is simply a relaxing treatment during which natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner (acting as a conduit) to you. The purpose of a Reiki treatment is to relieve stress and pain, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, and accelerate natural healing.
At your healing, we will commence with a short introduction and chat about the process and your expectations or intentions. I will inquire about any symptoms you want addressed or if there are places in the body on which you’d like me to focus, and any injuries or places that are sensitive to touch. You will then lie on the reiki-charged healing table and will be covered with a blanket.
I will take you into a deep relaxation with soothing music playing in the background. For the most part there won’t be any talking during the session, but you are free to let me know if there’s something you need to feel more comfortable, or to share what you’re experiencing.
I will move my hands around your body, touching you lightly or have my hands just above your body, over specific areas of the head, limbs, and torso using different hand shapes.
You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualisations such as colours or pictures, or having memories appear. Try to allow whatever arises to pass without attaching too much meaning to it.
Your experiences may become deeper the more you continue with reiki. These vary from person to person because everyone experiences reiki differently and no two reiki treatments are ever the same.
Reiki assists in the body’s natural healing processes to help you develop emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, helps you cope with difficulties, relieves emotional stress, and improves overall wellbeing. People who receive reiki describe it as “intensely relaxing.”
The spiritual healing art of Reiki works by channelling positive energy into your body, with Reiki Masters or practitioners placing their hands on the affected areas of the body that need this boost, offering this energy. Your body takes in the energy where it is most needed. This powerful flow of positive energy may bring a near immediate sensation of relief as it releases tension, lessens the impact of stress and replaces negative energy with the positive. Some refer to this positive reiki energy as the life force, and indeed it can bring new life to a stressed-out, tired body.
A reiki healing aligns, clears and balances chakra centres (we focus on the seven major energy centres), alleviates associated pain, promotes relaxation and balance, releases energy blockages, lower vibrating energy (also called negative energy), plus toxins or impurities, relieves stress and supports and activates your body's natural ability to heal itself.
Healing energies originate and travel outside the space/time framework of the physical, so they are not limited by distance or time. Distant reiki healing is equally effective as in-person healing as I work with your physical, emotional, and mental aspects by accessing your Spirit and energy body (made up of your aura, chakras, and meridians). The power of distant healing equals that of hands-on energy treatments. A distant reiki healing is so informative and moderately intense; ideal for if you are looking to unblock, to feel inspired and rejuvenated, to better listen to your body, and to understand what is going on energetically.
After a healing session, there may be a physical detoxification process that can continue for up to a week. Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins from your body, and help to conduct your body's energy flow. Some people feel calm, peaceful, or energised. You may also feel tired. Be aware of your body, thoughts and feelings, acknowledge and accept and release anything that comes up for you.

The number of sessions varies based on your goals and needs. Some people experience profound shifts after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from an ongoing journey.
I recommend booking a series of 3 - 6 sessions then we will revisit how you are feeling.
In your first session, we will have the opportunity to have a chat to find out where you are at, what your concerns are and where you would like to move forward. Sometimes this isn’t known, and that is ok. We don’t always need to know a plan as the body will reveal what it is ready to release.
Following our chat, we will have you lay on a table so we can begin an initial assessment. From here, I will be shown where in your body you are likely holding onto these blockages and where energy needs some help to move through.
It can be tempting to assume and expect a session to unfold in a way you may have seen online. There are plenty of videos being shared of treatments where clients have expressive body language and emotions during the session. This is rarely the case for a first time client or event after just a few sessions.
This can come down to a few things.
When you have experienced energy healing in the past, are a frequent yoga attendee, practice breathwork or other variances of work of this nature, your body is generally more in tune with a strong mind / body connection.
Naturally, as humans we gravitate to being more introverted or extroverted (and this can differ day to day with some people). It's important to remember that more movement or even emotional release during a session doesn't equal a better session. It is experienced in a different way.
A client who moved subtly on the table, or is mostly still can still be experiencing significant shifts on a more internal level.
Usually, but not always, the more sessions of spinal energetics you have, the more comfy and safe you start to feel. Your mind and body get tighter, building on what you learned in previous sessions. It's like your body's relearning a language that talks to its natural healing power, helping it let go when it feels safe. This process helps create a newer version of yourself, undoing years of holding onto trauma and blockages as a way to protect against fear and instability in our society's subconscious. And don't forget, stuff like generational traumas and learned behaviours can play into all of this too.
Some individuals might not immediately feel the energetic shifts during a session. But here’s the secret: the energy is always at work, even if you’re not sensing it.
The nervous system plays a crucial role. Your body receives precisely what it’s ready for, never overwhelming or shocking your system. It’s a gentle, nurturing process.
Resistance can also play a part in how you respond and what you feel. If you’ve faced significant traumas, it’s natural to have protective walls. These walls shield you but may also limit your ability to connect deeply during the session.
An overactive mind, filled with worries or expectations, can also pull you away from the subtle energies at play. High expectations can create pressure and hinder the experience.
But, here’s the magic: patience, self-compassion, and trust in your healing journey can open doors to profound transformation. Your body knows the pace it can handle, and healing takes time. Layer by layer, you peel away the old, integrating each step along the way.
So, if you ever find yourself wondering if anything’s happening during a session, remember: the energy is working, your body is listening, and healing unfolds in its own perfect time.
In Person Sessions
In person energetic healing sessions offer the advantage of physical proximity, creating a tangible sense of safety and connection. Being in the same room allows for non verbal communication, such as subtle facial expressions, body language, tone of voice, and touch,which can provide valuable insights into a client’s emotional state. This direct interaction can enhance the sense of trust and rapport between the practitioner and client.
The environment in an in-person session is also controlled by the practitioner. This means adjustments to lighting, temperature, and sound can be made to ensure a comfortable and calming atmosphere, contributing to a more immersive healing experience.
Online Sessions
Online sessions, conducted via computer or phone, introduce a different dynamic. The physical separation can create a sense of distance, which might be challenging for clients who find it difficult to build rapport and trust through a screen. Additionally, the client’s environment is beyond the practitioner’s control, which can present both opportunities and challenges. While online sessions offer convenience, accessibility, and flexibility, factors like noise, distractions, or lack of privacy in the client's space may impact their ability to fully engage with the therapeutic process.
Benefits of Online Sessions
Convenience: Clients can participate from the comfort of their own homes or any location with internet access, eliminating the need for travel. This is especially beneficial for those in remote areas or with mobility issues.
Accessibility: Online sessions break geographical barriers, allowing clients to connect with practitioners from anywhere in the world, regardless of location or time zone. This ensures that even those in underserved areas can access the support they need.
Flexibility: Scheduling is often more flexible with online sessions, making it easier for clients to fit therapy into their busy lives. This is particularly advantageous for individuals with demanding schedules or caregiving responsibilities.
Comfort: For some clients, the one-on-one nature of in-person sessions can feel overwhelming. Online sessions can provide a more comfortable space for those who prefer to engage from behind a screen, allowing them to open up and share their thoughts and feelings more freely.
Both in person and online sessions have their unique benefits. Choosing the right format depends on personal preferences, circumstances, and your specific needs.

As a facilitator, I do not need to be physically present for the healing energy to reach you.
Energy has no measurable time or space, so we can effectively work with energy from afar, and experience the same level and intensity of healing as we would at an in person session.
The energy experienced during a session can be experienced by each individual in a different way.
It is our programming, conditioning, limiting beliefs , traumas, and self protection that can prevent us from experiencing our true essence and tapping into our fullest potential.
For your session, all you need to do is be present, surrender to the energy and allow it to flow.
