One Day In-Person Reiki Level 1 Training for Beginners
No prior experience required
Taught by Reiki Master Teacher, Lauren Stewart at Curated Energies, in Cremorne NSW.
Reiki Level 1 (1-Day Course) Includes:
- Introduction to the History of Reiki
- Reiki 1 Hand Positions
- Techniques for Self-Reiki Healing
- How to Offer Reiki Healing to Others
- Understanding the Chakra System
- The Human Aura
Upon Completion, You Will Receive:
- In-person training with Lauren Stewart
- Reiki 1 Sacred Attunement
- A hard copy of the Reiki 1 Manual
- Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki 1st Degree Certificate and Lineage
Reiki courses with Curated Energies are small intimate groups to ensure participants have ample 1:1 training, time to ask questions, practice and leave the course with confidence.
Course commences at 9am and concludes at 5pm with breaks throughout the day.
