Intuitive Healing - The Ultimate Healing session
Our most popular offering is the 90 minute Intuitive Healing Session. This session allows deep exploration and care. Together, we take a holistic look at what’s been unfolding in your life both past and present, while also considering your current physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Each session is uniquely tailored to you, drawing on a blend of techniques to meet you exactly where you are on the day.
Sometimes the focus may be on releasing emotional blocks or past trauma; other times it may be about offering calm, rest and restoration. However it unfolds, these sessions create space for you to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves and receive the nurturing support you need.
Spinal Energetics - The Transformative Session
Spinal Energetics is a powerful modality that works with the spine, nervous system and energetic field to help release stagnation, old wounds, trauma and emotional blocks. These sessions are 45 minutes and create an opportunity to reconnect with your inner self and restore a sense of groundedness within your body.
For the greatest benefit, Spinal Energetics is best experienced as an ongoing practice. This is an ongoing commitment to your healing and growth. The modality has received widespread media attention for its ability to facilitate profound shifts and with the right commitment, it can support deep transformation.
Please be prepared to book approximately 3-4 sessions, 2 weeks apart on average at the start of receiving these sessions. We then space these out based on each individual's healing requirements.

During your 60 minute breathwork session, your experience could be soothing and connective, as well as powerful and transformative, supporting emotional release, clarity and presence.

Reiki – For Rest and Relaxation
Reiki is a gentle, calming practice that channels universal life force energy from practitioner to client. During your 60 minute session, this nurturing modality helps the body restore balance by directing energy to where it’s needed most.
Many people drift into a deep state of rest or even sleep during a session, leaving them feeling refreshed, grounded and rejuvenated. If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of care and nourishment, Reiki offers the perfect space to unwind and restore.
