APAC Insider is an international publication that celebrates organisations leading with purpose, professionalism, and dedication to their communities.

For me, this recognition is less about “winning” and more about acknowledging the journey behind the work.

Curated Energies began with humble beginnings — exploring Reiki and committing to my own healing and growth. Over time, this path expanded into further study and practice including spinal energetics, breathwork, intuitive healing, teaching Reiki, and now undertaking counselling to support clients in a more holistic and grounded way.

Building a healing practice takes dedication, consistency, and many unseen hours of learning, reflection, and refinement. It can feel lonely at times, and it requires deep trust in your inner guidance — especially during moments of challenge or self-doubt. With light always comes polarity, and each experience has shaped not only my work, but who I am as a practitioner.

This award serves as a reminder of why I do this work: to hold space with integrity, compassion, and presence and to continue growing so I can support my clients in the best way possible.

I am deeply grateful for the supportive community around me, for the encouragement from my wider workplace, and for every client who has trusted me with their healing journey.
